RosaceaWise is built for a sensitive health-related diary. This policy explains what the website and app collect, what stays on your device, and how to contact us about your information.

This policy applies to visitors of the RosaceaWise website and users of the RosaceaWise iOS app. RosaceaWise is for personal diary tracking and appointment preparation. It is not a medical provider, clinic, insurer, or emergency service.
2. Information collected on the website
The website provides product information, articles, legal pages, and contact details. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message.
We do not ask for rosacea symptoms, diary entries, face photos, medication details, skincare routines, diagnosis details, or dermatologist notes on the website. We do not sell visitor or customer information.
WordPress, hosting, email, spam prevention, and security tools may process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, and request time. These logs help run and protect the website.
3. Medical and health information
The RosaceaWise app may let you enter flare entries, symptoms, face zones, daily context, food and drink, profile details, skincare notes, treatments, visit questions, and photos.
RosaceaWise is designed around on-device storage. Diary entries, profile details, and photos stay on your device unless you export, share, or move them. Please do not send private medical details by ordinary email.
4. App subscriptions and payments
Apple processes App Store subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods. RosaceaWise does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
5. How information is used
We use website information to respond to messages, run and protect the website, improve product information, and meet legal obligations. App diary information is used by the app to provide diary, pattern, and visit brief features on your device.
We do not use website contact information or app diary information to make medical decisions, diagnose a condition, or provide treatment advice.
6. Email
If you email us, we use your message to respond. We do not sell email addresses. If RosaceaWise offers email updates in the future, marketing emails will include a clear unsubscribe link.
7. Sharing information
We do not sell email addresses, customer information, app diary data, profile details, face photos, or health-related information. We do not rent customer lists. We do not share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.
We may share limited information with service providers that operate the website, deliver email, host WordPress, secure the site, prevent spam, or support App Store subscriptions. These providers should process information only for those services.
